Estate, Business and Elder Law Planning Firm
“We help prosperous people protect their families, their assets and their businesses”
|I’m Brenda Geiger, the managing attorney at the Geiger Law Office in Carlsbad, California. I’m so glad you decided to visit our website and I want to share with you some ways I can be of assistance to you before we even meet. I have published many articles and two books to help guide you through protecting your family, assets and business. My first published book has run through three editions and is titled “Safeguarding the Nest, a California Estate Planning Guide”. If you live in Southern California and would like a free copy, please make your request at geigerlawoffice.net/safeguardingthenest. Over the years, I have been asked about certain topics again and again, so I saw the need to share this information on Estate Planning with you.|
My second book was co-authored with attorney Bradley Erdosi. That book is titled “How to Avoid the Catastrophic Costs and Effects of Long Term Care, a California Elder Law Guide”. We both saw a high need to give clients the information they need to help plan for their futures and to help families dealing with long term care issues. To request your free copy, click here. I just released my third book on business planning. The book is titled “Protecting You and Your Business, A Practical Guide for California Business Owners” . To request your free copy, go to geigerlawoffice.net/business-planning-book. Please also feel free to explore my blog posts and my “Expert Advice” pages where you will have access to my articles on Estate Planning, Elder Law Planning, Business Planning, and Estate Administration. If you’re ready to schedule your Estate, Elder Law or Business Planning Meeting with Geiger Law in the Carlsbad, California area, please fill out the “Contact Form” and we will contact you right away. You can also call the Geiger Law Office at (760)448-2220 to schedule your appointment. Although I serve a wide range of clients within the Estates, Elder Law and Business Law practice areas, the common thread throughout the practice is protection—protection of family members, children, parents, assets, and business interests in the Carlsbad and greater San Diego area. This may surprise you but nearly 70% of Americans have done NO estate planning whatsoever. This means that if something happens to them, their children could be raised by someone they never wanted, their assets could go to an unintended recipient and that their assets will likely end up in the Probate court and whatever assets are left delivered to their children at the tender age of 18!
